The exact inclusions can vary depending on the package — for instance, our evening cruises come with premium snacks and drinks, whereas our corporate charters feature facilities for meetings and additional options for business catering.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your booking, it's best to arrange it 2–3 weeks in advance; this is particularly important during our busy season from May through September. For corporate gatherings and personal celebrations, reserving your charter 4–6 weeks prior is advised for optimal availability and customization time.
What is our plan for inclement weather?
Your safety is paramount. Should the weather be unsuitable as determined by our captain, we will provide an alternative charter date or return your payment in full. We closely monitor weather patterns and will get in touch with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the weather forecast is concerning.
May I bring my own provisions for food and drinks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food items and non-alcoholic beverages. Nevertheless, our catering service is top-notch, and we can tailor food menus to your liking. Take note that for safety, we do not allow glass containers on board.
Do you provide yacht access to individuals with mobility requirements?
We aim to make our yachts accessible for everyone. While certain vessels are more equipped for accessibility than others, let us know your specific requirements when you make a reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary arrangements to accommodate your needs.
What is the policy if I need to cancel?
Cancellations processed more than 72 hours before the set sail time are fully refundable. If you cancel within 24 to 72 hours before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. And if you cancel less than 24 hours before your trip, the fee is not refundable, except in the case of dangerous weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
